Returns:

I want you to be 100% happy with your order, so I offer a 7 day no quibble refund or exchange policy in compliance with the distance selling act (less the postage charge when the order is first placed and any cost to return the goods to me). When returning an item, please include a note stating the PayPal reference number and your name and address. Refunds will be made back to the original card or payment account via PayPal on receipt of the item(s) which must be undamaged and in saleable condition. In the case of exchanges, when returning an item please include a brief note explaining which item of the same value you'd like instead. In any case, please allow time for payments and refunds to be processed and email me with any questions or concerns.

Some Items Are Sold Out:

Because all of my items are handmade, many are one-of-a-kind or limited edition runs. I work really hard to try and keep as much in stock as I can but when items are not mass-produced, things can take longer to stock than at larger chain stores. Feel free to email me for a notification when there are more in stock.

Pre-Orders:

If you place an order for a pre-order item and include other in stock items on the same order the entire order will not ship out until all the items have become available. If you wish to avoid this then please order in stock items separately from pre-order items. This is to save packaging and postal costs.

Value For Money:

Nothing on my site is mass produced at a large scale, item prices will reflect the cost of the materials & the time and knowledge it takes to create them. Everything you see is handmade with love and care, and will be almost unique which makes everything that much more special.

PAYMENT:

What types of payments are accepted?

I accept PayPal, and cards which are processed by PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) A PayPal account is not required for card payments.

What types of payments are NOT accepted?

Unfortunately, I don't take money orders or cheques at this time. Also NEVER send cash in the post as it won't be insured.

POSTAGE:

UK: I send everything of letter or parcel size by Royal Mail, prices will vary depending on the size and weight and will be shown to you on the PayPal checkout page. Where possible items will be combined to give you the best price. Larger packages will be sent with the option of insurance. Any sent items are subject to around a three day wait which is normal but Royal Mail advise that 15 working days must pass before an item is considered lost. Please email me with any other questions or concerns. Remember public holidays will affect delivery times, especially around Christmas where cut off dates apply so don't delay.

Abroad: I currently don't offer the option of posting abroad, due to the inhibitive costs but if you are really, really serious about an item you'd like sent outside of the UK, please contact me and we can discuss options. The customer will be liable for any postage or taxes associated with the purchase which must be cleared before any items are sent.
